British brand Frugi was founded in 2004 when when founders Lucy and Kurt struggled to find clothing to fit over their son’s cloth-nappied bum. The name ‘Frugi’ means ‘Fruits of the Earth’ in Latin. Frugi only use organic cotton grown by farmers they trust, their outerwear is made from recycled plastic bottles and they’re always looking for new ways to innovate and explore. On their 10th birthday, they received the ‘Queen’s Award for Enterprise’ and went to Buckingham Palace to meet Her Majesty.
